  • All orders placed before 3 pm CST will be shipped the same business day unless notified otherwise. If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, they will be shipped the next business day.
  • All UPS Ground orders to the contiguous US are upgraded to 3 business day shipping at no additional charge.
  • Every product shown on our website is currently in stock and can be shipped today unless noted.
  • If you'd like your package shipped on a certain date or a certain way, just let us know, we are happy to fulfill your request!

U.S. Postal Service (USPS) orders are shipped Priority Mail and should be delivered in 2-5 days. However, USPS Priority Mail delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders with APO/FPO addresses and in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and may take longer to be delivered. If you would like a pattern shipped First Class just put a note in the shipping comments section and we will mail your package for less than $4.95. Your total cost will be adjusted before being processed.

All UPS Ground orders to the contiguous US are upgraded to 3 business day shipping for no additional charge. That means you will receive any UPS Ground order in 3 business days or less depending on your location. 2 Day or Next Day shipping choices are available during checkout based on the prices listed above. International Shipping Charges

We ship international orders via USPS or UPS based on your choice during checkout. Our available options are:

  • USPS Priority Mail International (1-3 weeks typically but sometimes longer):
    Canada: $20 for every $100 **
    All other countries: $24 for every $100 **
    ** Rates are based on non-sale product prices due to envelope size limitations, see notes below.
    NOTES:
    • We will reduce your shipping charges if we are able to ship your order for less.
    • We can typically fit up to 8 yds of regular cotton fabric in a priority mail envelope. For thicker fabrics (flannel, wovens, etc) it would be less. Amounts vary if an order includes precuts, patterns, notions or other items.
    • For odd sized products or full bolt orders shipping may be higher and we will contact you before shipping.
  • USPS First Class International - Only available for orders $20 and under (delivery time varies by destination):
    Canada: $7 **
    All other countries: $11 **
    ** Rates are based on non-sale product prices.

  • UPS Worldwide Express Saver (1 business day to Canada, 2 to Europe and 2 or 3 to Asia/Australia/Other)
    Costs vary based on your order and location and will be shown during checkout. UPS Worldwide Express Saver packages are fully trackable and insured, plus, delivery is guaranteed. Note that UPS is not an option to Russia or China. We recommend choosing the UPS option for the assurance it provides, especially for time sensitive, important or larger orders.

If any additional charges apply or if your order contains oversized items we will contact you. Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 8.25% is included for Texas residents only.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Money Orders. We do not accept checks.

Return Policy:

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. Quilt club membership fees are non-refundable.
