Sweetly Stitched Handmades Quilt Book
Amy Sinibaldi #111593

128 pages

Soft cover

This book includes 18 original designs that incorporate Amy Sinibaldi’s love for patchwork, embroidery and natural linen, with carefully chosen color palette of patterns and prints. The projects range in difficulty so that a beginning sewer may easily complete a few projects from start to finish, while others are more difficult and a more advanced sewer may be challenged to learn some new techniques. Projects include a color-block baby quilt, a crayon-castle caddy, a jam-jar pincushion, an airmail tote bag, and a simple “Home Sweet Home” embroidery.

simply adorable!! Review by Kathy

I just received this book from a friend and all I can say is that it is absolutely simply adorable - lots of great photos and it's written very well. I have quite a few projects from it I'm planning on making as soon as time allows. Each turn of the pages just makes me melt with the cuteness.

I love all the cuteness in this book. Everything is definitely sweetly stitched with Amy's signature style. Embroidery, patchwork, sweet colors and embellishments add to the projects offered here. A book sure to be loved by anyone who likes handmade things both cute and sweet.

It's all in the details... Review by Debbi
Rating

The projects in this book are irresistible because of the attention to adorable details. The projects themselves are pretty straightforward if you are somewhat experienced but the little touches make them spectacular. For example, the little mice tucked behind the doors of "houses" on a few blocks turn a very simple quilt into something special. This book is eye candy to read and the special touches could certainly be used in projects other than the ones in the book as well.
