Just purchased another 'tin' of these... Review by CaroleAnn

I am also sorry another reviewer had a bad experience. I quilt and have been using these pins regularly since they came in my Sew Sampler box. I have never had them snag even after accidently sewing over them. Much easier to use than conventional straight pins; being longer, thinner, and somewhat flexible they can pin multiple layers of fabric together without using excessive force.

Got these in my Sew Sampler box, they are great, easy to handle and glide thru the fabric. Recommended

I like them Review by DeAnn

I'm sorry the prior reviewer had a bad experience. I've been using these pins for a few months now and have been very pleased. They glide through the fabric nicely, I have found them to be very durable (replaced others that were not), and with a glass head, they can be ironed over; I don't recommend sewing over pins. I've found these pins to be fine and sturdy.

These pins peel and then snag fabric. I've only used them once, no iron and no sewing over. They are poor quality.. The tin is cute and reusable.
