U.S. orders over $80 ship for FREE!
Orders below $80 ship for $4.95.
Our standard (default) shipping method is USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery is typically 1-4 days, excluding Sundays, but is not guaranteed. Orders to non-contiguous states may be longer.
UPS Ground service is $15, free on orders over $250. See some restrictions below. Delivery takes approximately 1-5 business days depending on how close you are to us in Texas.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-contiguous locations will only be shipped USPS. Also, USPS is the only option to ship to PO boxes or US military/diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
International delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination. See International Shipping section below for details.
Orders are shipped every day except Sunday and major holidays. Please contact us if you need a specific shipping estimate for your order.
A few notes:
- If your order is urgent please let us know and we will get right on it if possible. Also, please keep in mind that if you order a yard of 25 different fabrics your order may take a wee bit more time than if you order a charm pack!
- We cannot combine multiple orders at this time.
- We may change standard shipping methods at our discretion if a shipment results in oversize charges. This most often would apply to orders that include batting, cutting mats, or other large items. Products noted as being shipped by a third party get shipped various methods, not always under our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses when ordering. If an order goes to a wrong address we will ask for your assistance in tracking down the package, such as contacting neighbors or your post office.
- Order changes: If you need to change your order, notify us as soon as possible. Orders start to get processed sometimes within minutes. We will do our best to help but cannot change orders after they are packed and shipped.
- **Downloadable patterns, gift certificates, and membership/pre-order fees are not included in shipping calculations.
Regarding club and presell shipments:
- We cannot combine pre-orders with regular store orders.
- Presell and club shipments may take 3-7 days to deliver once shipped. It's possible not all shipments will be trackable. If you would prefer those be shipped via UPS, please let customer service know and they will help get that set up. Please be aware there may be additional shipping costs.

Note: Orders must be placed by 3pm CST. 2 Day and Next Day delivery are based on business days. If you would like Saturday delivery let us know, it may be an additional cost.
Taxes on U.S. Orders
Taxes will be charged on most U.S. orders, excluding military addresses. Recent legislation has allowed states to mandate whether sales tax can be charged on online purchases shipping to their state. Most states have enacted laws to take advantage of this. Based on the shipping address of your order, we may now be required to charge sales tax. We know no one likes paying taxes but it is important that we adhere to all applicable state tax laws.

UPS Worldwide Expedited is 2-3 business days to Canada, 3 to 6 business days to the rest of the world. Packages are fully trackable. These shipments will go through customs so please read our policy on customs, duties and taxes below.
In some cases such as an oversized item, we may require an additional shipping cost and if so we will contact you.
Disclaimer: We have had repeated issues shipping to a few countries and have been forced to adopt a "ship at your own risk" policy for some countries. - If you need it a little faster this is your a little faster option.
- Typically 2 business days to Canada, 3 to 7 business days to the rest of the world. However, orders can be delayed in customs (see notes about customs below).
- Costs vary based on your order and location and will be shown during checkout. Packages are fully trackable and insured, plus, delivery is guaranteed. Note that UPS is not an option to Russia or China.
- Fair warning!! These shipments typically go through customs and get assessed any applicable duties and taxes. Again, see notes about customs below.
- We recommend choosing this option for the assurance it provides, especially for time sensitive, important or larger orders.
Customs, Duties and Taxes on International Orders
Any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries may require us to collect taxes, GST, or VAT on their behalf. We will do so only if required and applicable taxes will be shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws and processes related to duties and taxes in their country and region. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.
