Use this tool to create circles, semi-circles and quarter-circles from 3" to 15.5" and every .5" in between. No calculation needed because all the necessary cutting is printed right on the tool. Simply cut a freezer paper template to the finished size, then cut the fabric a .5" larger to add the seam allowance. Or piece curves, by cutting out the background and the circles with the same ruler. This ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied but our exclusive gripper does hold the fabric in place while cutting, doing away with slipping and miss cuts.
