Use this tool to create ovals, semi-ovals and quarter-ovals from 3" x 4.5" to 8.5" x 10" and every .5" in between. Ruler can be used in multiple ways. Additional marking are also included on ruler for techniques such as fusible applique, turned-edge applique and piecing. This ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied but our exclusive gripper does hold the fabric in place while cutting, doing away with slipping and miss cuts.
