We stitched our model on Farmhouse 25 Count Lugana Evenweave Vintage Cross Stitch Cloth by Lori Holt for Zweigart. To make all 12 designs you will need 12 packages.

The first pattern in the series, Tea House, has a stitch count of 112w x 171h and a design scale of 9" x 13.75". The rest of the patterns in the series will have a similar stitch count.

In the Home Town Neighborhood Cross Stitch Quarterly Pattern Club, you will receive one chart quarterly from January 2024 to October 2026. As a member, you will receive the pattern 10 days before it is released and $2.00 off retail of $16.98.

You will be charged a $0.99 membership fee today and $14.98 plus shipping when we ship your pattern toward the beginning of each month.

Members who join after January 2024 will need to purchase any prior patterns separately at retail price.

Each quarter you will receive a new pattern. Shipments are sent January, April, July and October:

• July 2026 - Strawberry House
• October 2026 - Pineapple House
