The Fat Quarter Shop is honored to present our first annual Vintage Kansas City Star Block of the Month.TM The Kansas City Star newspaper, based in Kansas City, Missouri, published over 1,000 quilt patterns from 1928 to 1961. This exclusive block of the month program showcases some of these wonderful patterns. Each block has been perfectly recreated using easy piecing techniques. As an added bonus, you will receive with each month's block the name of the pattern and its author and the date originally published.

Fabric collection featured is Cattails & Clover by Kansas Troubles Quilters. Each block finishes at 12" and will be an intermediate to advanced pieced block (no templates, applique or paper piecing).

The program is from November 2011 to October 2012.
This club ships around the 21st of the month.
